Traxxi Diecast wants every collector to be happy with their purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Original item packaging condition may vary slightly due to manufacturer or shipping handling.

Collector Condition Policy

Traxxi Diecast understands that collectors care about the condition of their models and packaging. We take care when packing orders to help ensure items arrive safely.

Diecast models are mass-produced collectibles and packaging may show minor imperfections from the manufacturer, distributor handling, or normal shipping movement.

Examples of common packaging imperfections include minor card bends, soft corners, light blister scuffs, factory marks, or light shelf wear. These types of cosmetic packaging imperfections are common in the diecast hobby and are not considered product defects.

If a model arrives with significant damage during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can review the situation.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

This allows us to review the situation and work with you on a resolution.

Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error with the order.

Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened diecast models
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery
