How quickly do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 10:00 AM Central Time often ship the same business day.
All orders ship from Spring, Texas 77379.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.
Do you offer preorder items?
Yes. Some diecast models are offered as preorders when upcoming releases are announced by manufacturers.
Orders that include preorder items will typically ship once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Traxxi Diecast ships using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Available shipping options include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express.
Can I upgrade shipping?
Yes. Customers may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Typical delivery estimates are:

- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
