Collector Condition Policy

Traxxi Diecast understands that collectors care deeply about the condition of their models and packaging. We take care when packing every order to help ensure items arrive safely.

However, diecast models are mass-produced collectible items. Packaging may show minor imperfections from the manufacturer, distributor handling, warehouse movement, or normal shipping processes.

Because of this, packaging condition can vary slightly from item to item.

Examples of common packaging imperfections include:

• Minor card bends
• Soft corners
• Light blister scuffs or scratches
• Factory packaging marks
• Light shelf wear from distributor handling

These types of cosmetic packaging imperfections are common throughout the diecast hobby and are not considered product defects.

Card and packaging condition is not guaranteed to be mint unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Traxxi Diecast carefully packs all orders using protective materials to help protect models during transit. If an item arrives with significant damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation.

Our goal is always to deliver models to collectors in the best possible condition.
