Preorder Information & Policy

Preordering lets you reserve upcoming diecast models before they arrive at Traxxi Diecast.

A product marked PREORDER is not currently available for immediate shipment. Please review the estimated arrival and shipping information shown on the product page before placing your order.

We want preorder expectations to be clear from the starting line, so here is exactly how Traxxi preorders work.

How Preorders Work

When a model is offered for preorder, Traxxi Diecast has placed an order for inventory from the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.

Completing a preorder reserves your place against the quantity we expect to receive.

Adding a preorder item to your cart does not reserve it. Your preorder is reserved only after checkout has been successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.

Preorder quantities may be limited and may sell out before the models arrive.

Estimated Arrival & Shipping Dates

Each preorder product will display the best arrival information currently available to us.

You may see:

Estimated Arrival at Traxxi: When we currently expect the shipment to reach us.

Estimated Customer Ship Window: When we currently reasonably expect your order to leave Traxxi Diecast.

Manufacturer and distributor release schedules can change. International freight, customs processing, production delays, allocation changes, and other supply-chain issues can also affect arrival dates.

For that reason, preorder dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

The estimated shipping information shown when you place your preorder represents our current reasonable expectation based on the information available to us.

Once the models arrive at Traxxi, we will receive, inspect, process, and prepare them for shipment as quickly as possible.

What Happens If a Preorder Is Delayed?

Diecast manufacturers occasionally change release schedules, sometimes more than once.

If we learn that we cannot ship your preorder within the shipping timeframe originally provided, we will contact you using the email address associated with your order and provide updated information when available.

When required, you will be given the option to:

• Continue waiting for the model; or

• Cancel the affected preorder and receive a full refund.

If an additional delay requires your affirmative consent under applicable law, we will request that consent before continuing to hold the order.

We will never use this policy to take away cancellation or refund rights provided to you by applicable consumer protection law.

Payment for Preorders

Unless a preorder listing specifically states otherwise, payment is collected in full when the preorder is placed.

Your payment reserves the model against Traxxi's anticipated inventory allocation.

If we are ultimately unable to supply the item, the affected item will be cancelled and the amount paid for that item will be refunded.

We will never increase the amount charged to your original order without your authorization.

Orders Containing Both Preorder and In-Stock Items

If you place in-stock items and preorder items in the same order, the order will normally ship together when all items are available.

This keeps your order together and allows our normal shipping rate to apply.

If you would like the available items shipped separately, contact Traxxi Diecast at PitCrew@TraxxiDoecast.com. Additional shipping charges may apply for the additional shipment.

If you want an in-stock item immediately, the simplest option is to place it as a separate order from your preorder items.

Orders With Multiple Preorder Items

Different preorder models may have different release dates.

If one order contains several preorder items, we will normally ship the order when all items in that order are available.

For example, if one model is expected in October and another is expected in December, the entire order may remain open until the December item arrives.

You may contact us to request separate shipments. Additional shipping charges will apply for separate shipments.

For the fastest shipping of each release, place preorder items with significantly different arrival dates as separate orders.

Manufacturer Allocations & Quantity Reductions

A preorder reserves a model from the inventory Traxxi reasonably expects to receive, but manufacturer and distributor allocations are sometimes reduced after orders have been submitted.

Traxxi Diecast cannot guarantee that a manufacturer or distributor will deliver every unit originally ordered.

If we receive fewer models than expected, available inventory will generally be assigned to customer preorders in the order in which they were received.

If we are unable to fulfill your preorder because of an allocation reduction, manufacturer cancellation, distributor cancellation, or other inventory shortage, we will cancel the affected item and provide a full refund for that item.

Manufacturer Cancellations

Occasionally a manufacturer may cancel a proposed release entirely.

If a manufacturer or supplier cancels a model and we can no longer reasonably obtain it, your preorder for that item will be cancelled and refunded.

Changes to the Final Production Model

Product photos supplied before release may show prototypes, samples, pre-production models, renderings, or manufacturer promotional images.

Manufacturers may make changes before final production, including changes to:

• Paint colors or finishes

• Wheels

• Graphics or liveries

• Interior details

• Accessories

• Packaging

• Product numbering

• Materials

• Minor casting or tooling details

Unless otherwise stated, your preorder is for the manufacturer's final production version of the model.

If we become aware of a significant change that materially alters the product being offered, we may provide additional information or cancellation options as appropriate.

Preorder Pricing

The price shown when your preorder is completed is the price applicable to that order.

Manufacturer or distributor pricing sometimes changes before a model is released. Traxxi Diecast will not simply increase the amount charged to your completed preorder without your authorization.

If a supplier price change makes fulfillment impractical, we reserve the right to cancel the affected preorder and provide a full refund rather than charging you a higher price without permission.

Sales, promotional offers, discount codes, or price changes introduced after a preorder has been placed do not automatically apply retroactively to previously completed orders unless specifically stated otherwise.

Cancelling a Preorder

If you decide that you no longer want a preorder, please contact Traxxi Diecast as soon as possible at PitCrew@TraxxiDiecast.com.

Cancellation requests received before the item has shipped will generally be eligible for cancellation and refund.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is considered shipped and our normal return policies apply.

Any additional cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Refunds

Approved preorder refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Banks, credit-card companies, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment providers may require additional processing time before a refund appears in your account after Traxxi has issued it.

If Traxxi is unable to fulfill your preorder, we will cancel the affected item and issue a full refund for the cancelled merchandise, including any applicable shipping charges

Shipping Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing a preorder, especially when ordering models scheduled for release several months in the future.

If your address changes before the preorder ships, contact Traxxi Diecast as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update an address before shipment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Email & Preorder Updates

Important preorder updates will normally be sent to the email address used to place the order.

Because a preorder may remain open for several months, please make sure you continue to have access to that email account.

We recommend adding PitCrew@TraxxiDiecast.com to your safe-sender list and checking spam or junk folders if you are expecting an important preorder update.

Collector Packaging & Condition

Preorder merchandise is subject to the same Collector Condition Policy as our in-stock merchandise.

Factory packaging can occasionally have minor imperfections caused by manufacturing, packing, international transportation, or distribution.

Unless a product is specifically sold with a particular packaging-condition guarantee, placing a preorder does not guarantee flawless or professionally graded packaging.

Shipping Charges

Preorders are subject to the shipping rates and shipping policies in effect for the applicable order.

Traxxi currently offers its advertised flat-rate shipping on qualifying U.S. 1:64 diecast orders.

Requests to divide a single order into multiple shipments may require additional shipping charges.

International orders may also be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier as described in our Shipping Information.

Release Dates From Other Retailers

Diecast products do not always arrive at every retailer at the same time.

A model appearing at another retailer, country, distributor, convention, or marketplace does not necessarily mean Traxxi's allocation has arrived.

Distribution schedules can vary by manufacturer, supplier, region, and shipment.

We will ship Traxxi preorders after our inventory has actually arrived and been processed for fulfillment.

Preorder Availability Is Not Guaranteed Until Fulfilled

We make every reasonable effort to accurately manage preorder inventory, but supplier allocations, manufacturer cancellations, inventory discrepancies, damaged inbound merchandise, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally prevent fulfillment.

If Traxxi cannot fulfill a preorder, we will notify you and provide the appropriate refund.

We will not substitute a different model, color, variation, or release without your authorization.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Preorder Policy is intended to waive or limit any rights you have under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection law.

If Traxxi cannot ship merchandise within the timeframe provided, we will handle delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds in accordance with applicable law.

By Placing a Preorder

By completing a preorder with Traxxi Diecast, you acknowledge that:

• The preorder item is not currently available for immediate shipment.

• The arrival and shipping dates shown are estimates based on information reasonably available to Traxxi at the time of purchase.

• Manufacturer and distributor schedules may change.

• Orders containing multiple preorder or in-stock items may be held until all items are available unless separate shipping is arranged.

• Final production models may contain reasonable manufacturer changes from prototype or promotional images.

• Your preorder remains subject to this Preorder Policy and our applicable Shipping, Returns, Collector Condition, Privacy, and Terms policies.

• Your rights under applicable consumer protection law are not waived.
